Tutti gli appartamenti si trovano in un'unica palazzina indipendente in Via Portuense n. 471, nel quartiere Gianicolense, a breve distanza dall'Università Roma Tre, dalla American University of Rome e dalla John Cabot University.
Grazie alla fermata dell'Autobus che si trova esattamente all'entrata del palazzo, gli appartamenti sono ben collegati con il Centro Storico di Roma, che è raggiungibile in circa 20 minuti con i mezzi. Con poche fermate in Autobus (4 minuti) sono raggiungibili la "Stazione Trastevere" e la Stazione della Metro “Piramide”. Da queste è facile e veloce raggiungere sia Centro Storico che l’Aeroporto di Fiumicino o la Stazione Termini.
Il quartiere è giovane e servito da ristoranti, bar, negozi, banche, farmacie, supermercati, lavanderie ed esercizi commerciali di ogni genere. Nelle dirette vicinanze c'è anche un mercato rionale.

All of the apartments are located in an independent building in Via Portuense no. 471, in the Gianicolense neighborhood, within easy reach of Roma Tre University, the American University of Rome and the John Cabot University.
There is a bus stop located right in front of the building entrance that connects the apartments to the Center of Rome. The city center can be reached in approximately 20 minutes using the bus. A short (4 minute bus ride) leads to the "Trastevere Station" and the "Metro Piramide" station from which the city center, the Fiumicino Airport and the Termini Station are easily accessible.
The neighborhood is attractive for young people. It offers a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, banks and shops of every kind. A traditional fresh food market is in walking distance from the building.
